Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email once your order has shipped, along with its tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship exclusively within Europe. Because all orders are shipped within the EU, no customs fees, duties, or import taxes apply to your order.

All shipments are fully tracked. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination zones as detailed below:

1. Domestic Shipping (Italy)

• Courier: Poste Italiane (InPost locker/pickup point available upon request)
• Cost: €7.20
• Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days

2. European Union Shipping

• Courier: FedEx

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking details.

You can track your package directly through the carrier's tracking page using the link provided in your shipment email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Damages, Lost Packages & Issues

decifra is committed to ensuring your products arrive safely.

• If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at decifrashop@outlook.it.
• If you receive your order damaged or defective, please inspect the package upon arrival and contact us immediately at decifrashop@outlook.it with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
